How can I change/reset/retrieve my Cpanel or FTP Username/Password?

  1. Go to http://ewshosting.net/clientarea.php
  2. Key in your Username (the email address used in acquiring our service) and Password.
  3. When you are already logged in, click My Products & Services on the menu.
  4. Next, click View Details on the right side of your hosting account.
  5. Then on Login Details area, input new password to Enter New Password and Confirm Password fields.
  6. Lastly, click the Update button to change/reset your password.
